"Tyler Westcott is an extraordinary human being and an even better Realtor. He acted as my seller’s agent. I’m sure reviews of other Realtors claim that their agent “cares,” but Tyler actually does. He cares about you as a client, he cares about your timeline, the presentation of your home, and he devises a selling strategy that works, and works quickly. In my case it began with professional photographs - that costs $$, and the pro results show that it is worth it. He asked me what I liked about my house, after living there for over 20 years. Those “feelings” of mine were used in a web presence for the listing, a beautiful brochure reflecting what the web presence shows to the public, a TV ad on the local Sunday real estate show, and a video. Here’s the thing: like any good advertising agency, he uses the same “brand” for the home across all media types. The video emphasizes what the brochure does, what the listing does, and what the TV ad does - in my case, it was “You will want this home because of the extraordinary views!” And he showed them, even using some of the photographs I have taken over the years in this home. My home was listed and a large sign (larger than other Realtors!) placed on my property. After the mandatory showings, it went under contract five days later. Who could ask for more? Now, the market changes over time, so there is no guarantee you will get the same speedy results, but results you will get. I said Tyler is an extraordinary human being, and I mean it. During my relationship with him I learned about his family, his home, how the market fluctuates, and what to expect at closing. Speaking of closing, all paperwork was competed early, so I was offered an earlier closing, which I took. I sold my home in the mountains and had nothing left there except two cats and a few suitcases. No car, as it was already shipped to my destination. Tyler picked me up for closing, took me to dinner afterwards, and drove me to the airport. Find another Realtor that will care about you and your needs that way. If you do, it will probably be Tyler Westcott. I can’t recommend him more highly! Don’t waste you time interviewing anyone else - hire him!
